AC3 Restaurant + Bar is a collaboration of two of the valley’s best restaurants, Trio Restaurant and Copley’s On Palm Canyon. Juliana Copley, Andrew Copley & Tony Marchese make the “Perfect Trio” to bring this hot new concept to El Paseo in Palm Desert, California.

AC3’s light & bright modern interior is full of energy featuring high ceilings, a large patio for cocktails & dining as well as stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

Award-winning Chef/Owner Andrew Copley has created a “New American” dining experience highlighting familiar dishes using local ingredients from The Gardens on El Paseo, located just steps away. Guests of AC3 will also experience craft cocktails, California craft beers and a curated wine list.

This Zagat rated restaurant team is bringing breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour to the most popular hot spot in Palm Desert for both locals and tourists alike.

ANDREW COPLEY

OWNER / CHEF

During the course of his 20-year culinary career, Chef Copley has satisfied some of the most discriminating taste buds at five-star locations all over the world.  Upon earning a degree at Westminster Culinary College in London, he gained experience at the world-renowned Savoy and Park Lane hotels, and proceeded to tour the globe as he acquired prestigious culinary positions and numerous “best of” honors at a number of top establishments.

JULIANA COPLEY

OWNER

Having grown up in the hotel industry traveling the world, Juliana Manion-Copley brings a wealth of knowledge in diverse areas of business from marketing to special events and finances. Under her leadership, Copley’s on Palm Canyon is quickly rising as the premier eatery in the popular desert locale beloved by locals and visitors alike.

TONY MARCHESE

OWNER

Originally from Chicago, Tony Marchese grew up in an Italian family. At age 18, instead of going to college, Tony's father opened him a Pizzeria called Village Pizza where he and his uncle ran the business. Years later, Tony decided to go south to Palm Springs to get out of the cold winters. He started in real estate sales in the desert but after a few years he decided it was time to do what he was really passionate about; the restaurant business. He later met Mark Vanlannen and Opened Trio Restaurant in 2009. Tony is also the co-Producer of Palm Desert Food and Wine Festival with Palm Springs Life Magazine.
